 HR Strategy

HR strategy is defined as the strategy adopted by an Organization / Business mainly focusing on integrating core human resource aspects, such as the organization's culture, business partners,employees, and overall system by coordinating a set of procedures to achieve the required business goal. 

The HR strategy Dimensions

There're four key factors to be addressed in order to develop an HR strategy.

Culture - Belive's, norms, rules and management styles

Organiztion - The structure, job types, job discriptions and reporting lines

People - The orhaniztion is its people. the skill levels,employee potential and the capability of the                             management constitues the employees.

HR systems -  The mechanism which deliver the correct strategy for the organization by focusing on its                             people. Recruitment, communications and training development





The Importance of HR Strategy.

the organization needs to be reviewed and to improve training, compensation benifits in order to facilitate employees in a better way. this helps to develop creative and enterpreneurial fflair within the employees work. the HR strategy makes sure that the all core aspects of human resource management are sync and aligned with the overall stratergy.




The HR strategy and the business strayegy relates the organization's performence.  Managers are required  to develop a clear, internally consistent strategy for the orhanization, but at the same time should be able to combine the elements of different strategies to the extent that the organization;s array of resources permits them to do so.
